Festa d’Estate featured on Manual Dexterity compilation
Things have been pretty quiet for Skyline Symmetry, but we are happy to announce the first bit of news to kick off the new year! Juan’s band, Festa d’Estate, is featured on Manual Dexterity’s End of 2011 compilation which can be downloaded for free here. There are a ton of other great bands on the compilation such as Monument, By Surprise and Pswingset so be sure to check it out!
We are excited to get things rolling for Skyline Symmetry and will be sure to keep everyone in the loop as things happen.
Getting Started
We are finally getting things rolling over here at Skyline Symmetry Collective and I could not be more excited. I have always wanted to form a collaborative project with Juan and having tinkered with my own netlabel and record label (Look Again Media), I figured it would be perfect to merge the ideas for a fresh start and work with Juan.
Juan is a member of the awesome bands Festa d’Estate and The Peterman Project, so be sure to check them out! I actually met Juan because of his work in Festa d’Estate in around 2005 and we have kept in touch ever since.
I am excited to promote great artists and my personal goals are to just help them in anyway I can and make some friends along the way. We are just getting started, so there is not a lot of news yet, but look for us on facebook and follow us on Twitter. We are always looking for new artists, so feel free to contact us through any of those sites or send an e-mail to skylinesymmetrycollective@gmail.com.
